Effective Date: March 30, 2026
This Refund, Cancellation, Transfer & Rescheduling Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to all purchases, bookings, enrolments, deposits, subscriptions, courses, workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses, mentoring programmes, verification services, and related offerings made from or through Jusst LLP (“Jusst”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), whether purchased via our website, landing pages, counsellors, sales team, authorised partners, invoices, or other approved channels.
By making a purchase or booking with Jusst, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Use, Payment Terms, and Privacy Policy.
For purposes of this Refund Policy:
Except where expressly stated otherwise in writing by Jusst, all purchases are governed by this Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, where any refund is permitted, depends on the product type, timing of the cancellation request, whether the learner has accessed any materials or attended any session, and whether any programme-specific terms were separately agreed at checkout or in writing.
All refund, transfer, or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@jusst.xyz from the registered email address used for enrolment, and must include:
A refund request is treated as received only when acknowledged by Jusst. Oral requests, WhatsApp messages, or requests made through trainers, mentors, or sales representatives are not treated as formally submitted unless confirmed by Jusst in writing.
Unless a programme page, invoice, or written offer expressly states different terms, the following rules apply to cohort-based courses, bootcamps, and scheduled live programmes:
You may be eligible for a 100% refund of the Programme Fee actually paid, less: payment gateway / bank / forex / remittance charges actually incurred; any non-refundable third-party financing charges; and any expressly non-refundable Token Amount / Deposit, unless waived by Jusst in writing.
This full refund option applies only if: you have not attended any live session; you have not accessed any restricted paid content, downloadable materials, or learner-only resources beyond ordinary pre-enrolment information; and no programme-specific exception was disclosed at checkout or in writing.
You may be eligible for a 50% refund of the Programme Fee actually paid, less: any non-refundable Token Amount / Deposit; payment gateway / bank / forex / remittance charges actually incurred; and any third-party financing costs not refundable to Jusst.
No refund shall ordinarily be payable.
Once the Programme has commenced, no refund shall ordinarily be payable, including where: you attend one or more sessions; you fail to attend after booking; you later decide not to continue; you are unable to attend because of personal scheduling conflicts; you do not complete assignments or milestones; or you are removed for breach of programme rules, misconduct, non-payment, or violation of our Terms of Use.
Any Token Amount / Deposit paid to reserve a seat is, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, non-refundable, because it is charged to block inventory, reserve a seat, and support batch planning and operational commitments.
However, where Jusst expressly permits cancellation at least 14 days before the Batch Start Date and no service access has been availed, Jusst may, at its discretion or where legally required, adjust or refund the Token Amount / Deposit if the checkout or written offer for that Programme expressly provides for such refund.
Irrespective of the timing of cancellation, no refund shall ordinarily be payable once any of the following has occurred, unless Jusst itself cancels the Programme or expressly approves otherwise in writing:
Instead of a refund, Jusst may, in its discretion and subject to seat availability, permit one or more of the following:
Any such accommodation: is subject to written approval; may be allowed only once; may carry an administrative fee; may require payment of any price difference; and may be denied where batch integrity, licensing, academic structure, or compliance requirements make transfer impractical.
If Jusst reschedules a Programme materially before commencement, affected learners may be offered one of the following remedies, as determined by Jusst on a reasonable basis:
If Jusst cancels a Programme before commencement and is unable to offer a reasonable substitute, Jusst will ordinarily refund the amount actually received for that Programme, less only any amounts that are lawfully non-refundable and were expressly disclosed, if applicable.
If you purchase a Programme using an instalment plan, EMI, pay-later product, employer sponsorship, or third-party financing:
Where a refund is approved, Jusst may refund the amount to the original payment instrument, financing partner, or source account, as required by the payment processor or lender.
Before initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to first contact support@jusst.xyz and provide Jusst a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated: Jusst may suspend access while the matter is under review; Jusst may submit order records, attendance logs, access logs, invoices, checkout terms, communications, and other evidence to contest invalid or abusive chargebacks; and where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to this Refund Policy, Jusst reserves all legal and contractual rights, including recovery of dues and associated costs.
Jusst may review refund or transfer requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances such as documented medical emergencies, bereavement, force majeure events affecting access, or material errors attributable to Jusst. Any exception granted by Jusst: is discretionary unless required by law; does not create a precedent for future cases; and may be granted as a transfer or credit instead of a cash refund.
Where a refund is approved: it will ordinarily be processed to the original mode of payment; it may alternatively be processed by bank transfer where the original mode is unavailable or unsuitable; and processing may take approximately 7 to 15 Business Days after formal approval, subject to bank, card network, gateway, lender, forex, and settlement timelines.
Jusst is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, wallets, or third-party lenders after the refund has been initiated.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or required by law, the following are ordinarily non-refundable: Token Amounts / Deposits; taxes already remitted, where not recoverable; payment gateway, bank, forex, and remittance charges; third-party financing and EMI charges; customised services already performed; verification and processing fees after work has started; and any item expressly marked non-refundable at checkout or in writing.
No refund shall be due where access is suspended or terminated because of: misconduct; harassment; academic dishonesty; plagiarism; misuse of platform access; attempted off-platform solicitation; fraud or chargeback abuse; breach of the Terms of Use; or non-payment.
Jusst may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business practice, product structure, technology, or law. The version in effect at the time of purchase will ordinarily apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the learner.
